All the staff has been replaced at the Toronto office. The consul is a Chinese lady. I was there yesterday and was in and out in 15 minutes, they know what they are doing.
Over a month ago I was there and after over one hour I got nothing achieved, just to mention all the staff then we're blacks.

So they fired all the blacks ?
