Hehe, the great Imam, in his previous incarnation, was a petty criminal!

Parallel/Underground economy is a synonym for black economy, black money, illegal trade, contraband, tax evasion, smuggling, money laundering, bribery, exploitation, and whatever else that brings to the human kind!!

No wonder he hates the PPP so much.  The abundance of goods under the PPP killed his business model.  Well now he bais back in town, so he can go and pick up the pieces!!

Politicalkalamity did say Chief was a very wealthy man.  Well, smuggling, bribery, illicit business dealing, tax evasion, etc in Guyana alone can make one wealthy.  Those falafel vans in Brooklyn are just for show!!
