Perhaps those three APNU+AFC commissioners will "study" the CCJ ruling with their tutor Basil Williams at Congress Place. They will parse every sentence and look for any "technicality" or cherry-pick any clause or phrase to cling to. Just like how their maestro Granger cherry-picked parts of the CARICOM team's recount report. Don't be surprised if Lowenfield is taking notes in that study circle.

And they continue to do so at the peril of all that goodwill they received in 2015. It is like penny wise and pound foolish.

Like the NCM ruling the latest CCJ ruling does not include coercive orders.  Lawyers can poke holes in any ruling and that's what is probably happening right now.

Courts avoid subjectivity.  In the NCM, it was a discussion of whether 33 or 34 was the majority of 65, simple basic math.  In this case, jurisdiction yes, but what constitutes a valid vote.  They were clear, as per ROPA, any vote not spoilt is a Valid vote.  There is no other interpretation in the codes.

Precisely the point. With every such mad hunt for technicalities APNU+AFC is losing goodwill and support, creating and sustaining uncertainty and foreboding among citizens, and invoking undesirable condemnation from powerful quarters internationally.

It does not matter to the supporters of APNU and some AFC supporters.

"technicalities APNU+AFC is losing goodwill and support, creating and sustaining uncertainty and foreboding among citizens, and invoking undesirable condemnation from powerful quarters internationally."

What matters to the majority of the APNU supporters and some AFC supporters is protecting the black people of Guyana against koolie hatred of black people, koolie inferiority, and koolie dishonesty/crookedness.  That is what drives them on to the streets.

Where did you get that from? You haven't read anywhere and nobody told you. So how did you come to that conclusion?
