Great idea. Water and electricity infrastructures need improving. So the money for that should come form the people who use it.
Only now they realize that VAT finances govt. When in opposition they said that vat was too high and the PPP were squeezing the people. Now we see that they have to pay for all the excesses of 50% salary increases, subsidizing their supporters, they now finding new ways to squeeze the people.
