I have received my fair share of verbal abuses at Pegasus because I "write too much about renewable energy and E10." 
Theoretical writing about if this and this and this and this and the others are possible is different than presenting practical issues. 
Hay old man, much of today's productive enterprise in hypothesis creation and testing for theory confirmation is mind work. How do you test the possible trajectory if a comet a 5 AU out or the possible genetic make up of a flue virus to produce a vaccine? Did Einstein do practical work or newton, or Kepler? How about Turin or most present day wall street mavens who track turtles and hares of the real and derived types? To dunk your behind in the river and test the temperature. Why rely on the theoretical foundation of mercury in glass?
You are correct on that TK deals exclusively with theories.
Can you show any of his works dealing specifically with practical application?
Practical application is the money side ie you create a hypothesis based on the prevailing economic conditions and formulate a strategy to act. Do you know how to practically do that? Please tell us.

I have copies of almost all of TK works, including his thesis which is partial fulfillment for the PhD degree. They are ALL theoretical but not practical presentations.
