Yep, "initiated projects" is the barometer of success for the low IQ PPP supporters / indian bigots like Rama. Start as many "projects" as you can, throw money at everything and you're a huge success to these fools. Meanwhile, 5 years out there's dilapidated bridges, roads that lead to nowhere, houses with shit floating inside, and very wealthy contractors who got 100+ percent of their payment.

Sadly, this is not confined to the PPP, though their record is certainly worse when you look at things at the skeldon factory etc.
