If the Guyanese people see that their majority 33 reps in parliament pass a no-confidence motion against the minority 32 PPP reps, and the PPP refuses to accept such, who is to blame if the masses resort to street actions thereafter?

This is what will happen if the PPP plays stubborn. People rebel when their rulers give them cause to rebel.

Don't let the scant wording of the motion fool you. The AFC and APNU parliamentarians will not have a shortage of words during the actual debate of the motion. Their presentations will be recorded in the Hansards, the official National Assembly document.

The AFC doesn't want to put ammunition in the PPP's hands before the debate, hence the slim motion.
