Hi Lynn - how are you?

I like the bird peppers too, the flavour and the aroma!!!......but only when they are green. Eat raw with dhall, rice and any vegetable dish.

I planted chilli peppers and they taste similar to our bird peppers. Also have the same shape, just bigger.

Hi VB girl..im ok..how abt u ..?  Yeah girl Chami invited me back n then she took a ‘sabbatical’  on me..lol

how r the grands??

I dont like the chili or big red bird peppers at all.

but i love the sml ones..yes, eaten raw esp with dhal, baigan choka or fry eggs .

2 yrs ago, 1 ofmy cuz gave me a pepper plant n she said it was yellow wiriwiri..these r so flavorful n HOT but i dont think they r wiriwiri as the inside is hollow like scotch bonnet.  I think these might be baby or mini scotch binnet as the outside  is not smooth nor r they round like wiriwiri .  BUT THEY R SO TASTY!! N HOTTT!!!!!

These bird peppers r  big n very hot n flavorful ( got seeds from a friend  in Texas) but the skin is very tough n they have lot-of seeds inside ..

**they r nice to put in the food whilst cooking but i love the smaller ones ( that u can squish the skin) to eat raw esp in baigan choka n also in fry-eggs
