Former Member The demand for oil and its derivatives will drop in Guyana, huh? How will Guyana develop its inustries? By importing what others have developed from its oil? Sell oil for $1 and buy its derivative for $2, huh? Guyana has good credit and can easily afford to build a refinery! NOW! That is the only way of preserving our human rights, culture, religions and identity in South America in the future. The alternative is clear to see. If we don't take these drastic steps now our people will be just like Indians in Belize. You have to get an anthropologist to find them. [ more ]
