Overnight Oatmeal
We all know that steel cut oats are better for us, but they’re such a pain to cook (and clean!). Luckily, you can have all the delicious health benefits of the cholesterol-busting stuff with a slow cooker. Simply throw the ingredients in overnight and in eight or nine hours you’ve got fresh oats ready to go. Play with your toppings for a little extra pizzazz.
