Harmon went to China to determine what happened to the money. On his return, he said that the money was paid. Trottman said that Harmon brought back evidence that shows it. The previous president and NCIL said that it was not and asked the government to produce the documents. None has been produced so far. This seems strange!

Also, to this date, Harmon has been quiet on the subject and cannot explain what he has accomplished. Nor can he explain why he took along his advisor, Brian TIwari.
