Time and patience ... hydroelectric power will be available in Guyana

as a guyanese i hope so but making it in such a way that it will not be a burden on the guyanese backs like the one the ppp want to build 

Don't be shameful to speak your mind that every made good by the PPP is bad news for APNU/AFC.
