Use the parliamentary rules to deconstruct what is going on in NICIL since it is the core of why the PPP needs autocratic powers.

It is the reason they have they have a full fledged campaign with all of their little partisan automatons calling themselves reporters engaged in attempts to poison the minds of Guyanese with nonsense rather than the naked truth of what happens in an autocracy.

Companies like NCN must be decoupled from this holding company and be managed by a public service commission whose positions would be time limited. A culture of objective reporting cannot develop otherwise. IF NCN stays in NICIL they PPP will most certainly vend it off to one of their cronies.
