Really. The Amerindians are actually angry that you pay 100 people and then pretend as if all of them are angry that you want to waste money bribing them to join the PYO instead of spending it on capital projects.

They are still waiting for a response from the PPP about how many capital projects will be engaged in using 100% of the $1 billion.
