Your issue is that you think that the AFC is an Indian party. It isn't. Its a party which used to include those alienated from the largest parties. Its ethnic base is fluid and not ethnically monolithic and in fact the rural Indian AFC base ran back to the PPP in the last election.

Whether the urban middle class Indians are all back in the PPP, or are interested in a return to the PPP is subject to debate. I have a suspicion that most of the Indo support that the AFC received in 2015 was in the urban areas, mainly G/T and its suburbs. I doubt that this is a Moses base.
