Cuba also has a massive bill to pay in the future for their revolution. A law passed by the US Congress has Cuban governments in the future regardless of political orientation owning the USA around 30 billion US dollars for damages to American interests caused by the Cuban revolution. With interest that 30 billion is probably around 60 billion dollars US owed now.
