They have a right to be in the streets and nothing they did could be termed hooliganism. Time Magazine celebrated the Protester and the person of the year because it took courage for the Arab spring, to shut Putin up and now the PPP is being reined in. These are Guyanese citizens participating in a time honed civic exercise.

But Time did not highlight those Afro-American protestors who were beaten by white policemen for protesting on wall street...or is that kind of protest bad.i.e. protesting against the greed and murder of white imperialists.
