We're supposed to shed material attachments, adopt frugal lifestyle, and think seriously about the meaning of our individual selves. You can see from yuji's comment earlier in this thread that he is prepared to surrender to a Bramhachari lifestyle after his 60th birthday. So it goes for some of us.

Gill,I am 63 my Dad is 92 and still travels on his own. I am content with life, eat a little drink a little and enjoy a lot. I enjoy a good health nothing bothers me I live with the attitude that everything happens for a purpose.
