for it to be done right there had to be lawyers. 5000G...what is that? Is it per month... per year or for the duration of the lease? Are increases possible and why not 5 year leases with a renewable option? What are the restrictions on use? Clean up liabilities after the lease. Pollution prevention. The Chinese can pour waste oil all over the damn place as they were doing on the seawall. There should have been a lawyer there representing the people. The APA should take this to court. The Amerindian Minister did the people a disservice.
