Thew question is quite simple to any one other than you.

Gilbakka fears that Bartica is 50:50. Bartica through to Mahdia were always PNC strongholds. Its the other parts of Region 7 which the PPP wins.

So if the PPP is close in Bartica then they win Region 7.

So with that explanation, I repeat, is the APNU AFC doing anything in Region 7? Because it is odd if the PPP is close to them in Bartica.
