What the hell you are talking about pontificators? I can point out to you going back to when this deal was being presented that many complained this deal was a scam on the Guyanese people.IT was obvious when the nation spend some 20 million US to secure the land and build the access roads that this group should not acquire 100% control. They did not pay in even 5%. Search here going back to 2011 and you will find me complaining. I did even earlier but the records here have been purged. This deal was widely known to be a scam hence its secrecy. No one has been able to grasp the financial three card monty that happened between NIS and CLICO to acquire CLICO stocks from a failed corp.
