At the time the AG Office issued his report in 2013, New GPC Inc. was still to deliver medical supplies valued at $8.278M for 2012.

Frecking hell, he get paid all up front in April 2012, but in 2013, failed to deliver all of what he was paid for and yet still not aanother grease contract ontop of what he failed to deliver on.

If that is not fraud and abuse of power, tell what is??? Please YUJI, you deomons do not have a conscience.
