His business may be legit....but his actions, based on what you said about him...may not be....sounds like a teacher taking advantage of his/her students..

Then the Provincial Govt, the RCMP, the Judges and other doctors are in secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy. He is part of a family business that has been around for over 40 years. Can't blame you for being a skeptic.
