Primarily as it relates to law and order, public accountability, police effectiveness and credibility, the efficiency of the civil service, rule of law, social cohesion, etc. New buildings don't equate with development. The destruction of the invisible institutions are what matter for democracy and for the common man. Add to that the damage done to NIS and Guysuco it gets even worse...
Tell us what legislation the AFC has proposed in its 6 years in parliament that would curtail corruption? You folks have no plan. Where is the proposal for a civilian review board? Where are the calls for independent panels to investigate ministers and public officials? Where are your calls for a whistle blower hotline and protection program?
