On another issue. Giving people money in Guyana is seldom a good move. Because it never seems to be used for the purpose its is intended. Providing the service useful for the people, is a better option.

You seem to think little of people but your ilk. There are controls for this, the students attendance records.

You are a typical “spit in the face” coolie. When they down, you kick them more. I just had a run in with one on TCV regarding helping the single mother of 10. Coolies and true crabs.
