Do the math ,how many parents benefited tremendously from the program ? Thousands of parents will have to fork out money for transportation ,$10,000 can't do squat. What's the percentage of School children lives next door ?

Any way backward thinking by the people ,who thinks they are the sharpest tool in the shed.
