Do the math ,how many parents benefited tremendously from the program ? Thousands of parents will have to fork out money for transportation ,$10,000 can't do sqat.

It doesn’t matter how many school children benefited or by how much because not every school child benefited whereas every school child will benefit equally from the school grant.
