I just finished talking to someone who just spoke to his young brother in Toronto, the family and some close friends knew 10 days ago that he was defecting. but fear for his life they swore not to tell. They said he did not get paid, not a cent, he had planned this idea for months, had bought plane ticket, arrange security and just waited for the right opportunity .
