Guyanese doan care much for dogs, however, the ambassador cursing up the lady is nah rite. I have a feeling she tried to ask him to allow dogs in his yard. Adopt some of the animals. However, Persuad sounds like the other Persaud of age old PPP, thinking of themselves as gods over the impoverished. The man sounded pompous in the ladys country.

Diplomatic matters do not get discussed in the public. SN should know better.
