So just say that Guyanese kids are the laziest in the Caribbean. Not that they are exposed to the lowest quality teaching.

I will also add that in the PPP heartland, Region 6, only 5% have had post secondary education, vs. 13% in Region 4 and 9% in Region 10. In Region 6 33% of the population have no more than primary school education, vs. 14% in region 10.

So according to you Corentyne kids are lazier than those in Linden! And Guyanese are the laziest in the Caribbean.
