The PNC and their constituency has always been the source and sponsor of much criminality in Guyana. They embarked on a long campaign to make Guyana ungovernable under the PPP. Their criminal enterprises have taken on a life and momentum of their own. There are elements within the PNC who control these gangs and are using it to ethnically cleanse the nation of the PPP constituency to give the PNC a lock-up on future elections!

We did not exchange anything. We have now installed the heads of the criminal enterprises within Guyana to national office!
