Guyanese blacks should never accuse anyone else of racism. They are the post Independence pioneers of racism in Guyana.
They have already wasted more than 7 months since the successful passage of the NCV and they demanding more time to waste. And even as they shamelessly demand more time, they don't even know how much more time they want.
Nagamootoo being AFC and having all those years under PPP stewardship probably meant it when he announced that night that he will abide by the demands of the NCV but by the next day, the despotic PNC pulled him aside and told him that the PNC don't roll that way.
