While it is true that when for 28 years the PNC Dictatorship was ruining Guyana, there were never crimes of this magnitude, it is because of only one reason, and that is Blacks never go against Blacks. The Dictatorial Regime had the Army & the Police Force on their side, and as long as there was a Black President it was enough to satisfy the simple-minded ignorants on the street in spite of what was happening to the country. The Jagdeo government did not enjoy the support of the Army nor the Police Force and as such was powerless to do anything to stop what was being promoted by the PNC because a Black would not arrest Black. It was only the Indians who had to lose so it was only the Indians who continue to die. Deja vu all over again.
