Is Rishi Kapoor dictating for other actors who didn't attended Vinod Khanna's funeral? Sometime back, he was against landmarks being named after Ghandi. He said there are many heroes besides Gandhi that government of India tends to forget and neglect their name on landmarks throughout the country. He has a point. Sometimes it makes you wonder.
