Dummy, this is mathematics. Defend it with a reasonable explanation. No one said anything about fraud. The point is one can determine that from the vote count in specific areas with more definitively after the election.
The only reason why we are concerned about the list is because we are concerned about fraud. If the list is padded merely because it includes people who died 20 years ago no one would care. We care because we fear that people known to have died 20 years ago will have ballots cast on their behalf on May 11th. It is rumored that 17 y/0 are being issued fake ID cards with the names of dead people.
