And we have had March and April since then. plus shouldn't the MONC not have been coordinated to ensure that an ensuing election would have occurred when the opposition was confident about the lists/

If fraud occurs, but the opposition cannot prove it, making accusations of rigging comes off like sour grapes, and especially given the PNCs track record on this.
