Indeed a lot of outsourcing(onshoring and offshoring) has taking a bite out of the potential jobs in both Canadian and the US economy. Even Apple can not move its operations back to the US due to ridiculously low labor cost in Asia compared to the US, even factoring in lower productivity overseas. But we have creatures like mjuanita, caripedo, jaliki, worrier and cocaine living off welfare, bleeding the social system fraudulently while those in real poverty suffer.
