@Jhango Even if PPP reuse 2015 total[70,203] they would still be about 6 to 7 thousand ahead....

So what happen to increases of voters in Region 4 ,that goes to APNU + AFC .Does not seem plausible APNU +AFC get just over 1k votes difference from 2015, while through out other Regions there are increase in votes. Took awhile to figure ,was able to crack it ,the PPP slick to come up with the tally for Region 4.[quote]

If the APNU/AFC got the SOP,s to prove region 4 a win...give me one good reason why they refuse to present them...
