A tabulation sheet or spreedsheet is an excel doc created by the parties to input numbers from the SOPs and mistakes can be made. GECOM is the sole entity to declare the final tabulation using their own data. Look at the SOP on the same PPPC website which is the original and see it matches almost 99% to the Recount. Since when its is the responsibility of political parties to tabulated results.I am sure all the overseas observers have done their own tabulation of the SOPs.
