This man Freddie Kissoon is a jackass. Why would it be ethnic cleansing if black people were replaced when they served in 99% of the major positions at that time. Who else would be replaced??

The question is who were they replaced with? Competent vs incompetent? In most cases, incompetent so therein lies the problem.
