How come Ramotar knew even before the APNU/AFC set date for their NCV against his government of the readiness of GECOM and now more than seven months after the PPP successfully passed a NCV against the Coalition, Granger still doesn’t know of GECOM’s readiness. Is the Coalition that hapless or is Granger that evil?
