LOL. These clowns want to build a refinery for $ 100m. It costs about the $ 5B to build a refinery. Another PNC "investment" opportunity.

I doubt they are clowns. Let’s see their proposal. I’m sure a lot of people will want to understand that. They must have a reference model somewhere!
