Django, why did you leave out Edward Hopkinson, GECOM Chairman 1994-1995? He was not Indian and he was a gold miner not a judge. Hoyte had submitted his name and Jagan's PPP government appointed him.
I am wondering about your sincerity in backing me and Mitwah against Granger's high-handed action.
Furthermore, Gocool Boodhoo was never GECOM Chairman. Joe Singh was.

Let us not forget Rudy Collins. He was nominated by Dr. Japan and appointed by President Hoyte. This is not about an Indo versus an Afro Chairman. This is about the constitution and the spirit of the Carter formula . The Guyanese people MUST have the last say. Long Live Democracy.
