I think data is to show improvements. Isn't this approach working ass backward. 

The world knows that the greater majority of Guyanese are living below the poverty level. I suppose, they will wait for 24 months after much compilation to tell us wah we already know. An excuse for no vision.

Any indicators that Guyanese are poor will reflect how the PPP left Guyana. Economies and societies do NOT change in a mere matter of months. So the PPP can take any indications of poverty in Guyana and stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
