The last time they had to stake out to ketch him on the last possible day before his court hearing. Secondly testimony is inadequate unless backed up with evidence especially since much of Lowenfield's testimony over the past five months have been proven false.

There is evidence . The argument all along was that the evidence will have to be dealt with in an elections petition.
