This budget is a waste of time.

VAT has not been lowered. This budget does not provinde for much needed fundamental changes in the management and leadership at the boards of GPL and Guysuco. Same ole, same ole. Lots of vanila and chocolate coatings.

The Opposition needs to reject this budget and force an election.
