Yes they do.  Help in restoring clean water supply, electricity, road clearance, and in housing.  And in rebuilding/re-equipping the hospitals/schools.  In times past the GDF was sent to help in similar situations but now we hear this lazy and silly notion that land in the bush is a good idea.

How does offering them land in the interior  help?  Guyanese living in Guyana don't buy into that flawed premise so why will Islanders?

What I am not hearing much of is how Granger plans to help Guyanese stranded in places like St Maarten.   Assistance will be prioritized for Dutch citizens, meaning that Guyanese will have to scramble, unless they are Dutch citizens.
