Actually, this dude alleges simply that the constitutional amendment is null and void because it was not adopted at referendum as his legal theory alleges.
It's a decent argument and a good theory. It depends on if the AG agrees. If this is from Jagdeo, as it appears to be, then I suspect it will win.
I don't understand why they named the Speaker as a party to the action though.
