Django, this is a short-sighted and stupid question. Charandass did not get through law school by being stupid and naïve. Guyana and the PNC goons have a history of inflicting harm on Indians who do not share their political beliefs. He looked beyond that fateful day. Any reasonable person would have done what he did.
