Obviously you are a PPP hack on this site. So while I have no time to waste debating you, I will answer your question by saying Desmond Hoyte and Cheddi Jagan contributed more to positive/clean growth in Guyana.
Jagdeo's economy was a drug economy and favored pillaging of our natural resources by foreign entities. Some of the poor that got rich through the drug trade surely will see Jagdeo as god.

Did she asked you specifically to answer her question? If you know that Jagdeo's economy was drug dealing, then you probably was the right hand man of Jagdeo pushing the drugs. Isn't that so?
